Jayant Malwadkar PMP® is a highly experienced Group Project Manager at HCL Technologies Ltd, with over 24 years of relevant experience in program and project management of global multi-million dollar accounts. He was also responsible for building pipelines, engaging with the CxO community, presenting a solution-based approach to automate mundane, time-consuming tasks, and managing a team of data-driven digital consultants. Jayant also served as Director at Alvieel Technologies Pvt. Ltd, where he delivered POC on Oracle R12 / Cloud technology, best implementation practices, and best upgrade practices to customers. He managed global ERP projects on time with acceptable quality and budget, managed sales operations through implementation of action plans, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, and restructured business strategies/product lines based on collated market intelligence on competition and other market trends. Jayant has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shivaji University, where he specialized in Oracle Supply Chain Management. He also holds a High School Certificate from Walchand College of Arts and Science and a diploma from Siddheshwar High School. He is a Research Scientist with a strong tech stack, including test automation, and has a proven track record of delivering results and driving innovation.
